Order Information

How do I purchase an item on your web site?

To purchase an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Select the item, colour, and quantity. Click the ADD TO SHOPPING BAG button.

  2. When you are ready to complete your order, view your Shopping Bag by clicking on the SHOPPING BAG button located in the upper right corner of the page. The number of items in your Shopping Bag is indicated.

  3. Ensure you’ve selected the correct items and quantities. Click the CHECKOUT button.

  4. Enter your billing and shipping information. Click the SUBMIT button.

  5. Review your order. If required, click the EDIT button to make any changes.
    When all the information is correct, click the CONFIRM ORDER button to submit your order.

When we receive your order, we will confirm that the requested items are in stock. You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail in which you will be asked if you would like to proceed with the purchase.

Your item(s) will be held for 2 business days while we await your response. Once you agree to complete the purchase, your payment will be processed and the items shipped to you.

Do you charge sales tax?

GST (5%) is added to all Canadian orders. If you are ordering from within British Columbia, PST (7%) is also added. No tax is added to US orders.

I've changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?

After submitting your order, you will be asked via e-mail if you would like to complete the purchase. Your item(s) will be held for 2 business days while we await your response. You may cancel your order at any time during this period. If we do not hear from you within 2 business days, your order will be considered cancelled.

If you have confirmed via e-mail that you would like to complete the purchase and your order is subsequently shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Return & Exchange Policy

What is your return and exchange policy?

Maison de Moi has a no return, exchange only policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange your regular priced merchandise within 21 days for a store credit, less shipping costs. Any regular priced exchanges postmarked 21 days after your receipt date will be returned to you.

Sale items may be exchanged within 14 days for a store credit. Any sale exchanges postmarked 14 days after your receipt date will be returned to you.

Merchandise must be returned in original condition with all tags attached. Merchandise deemed to have been worn, washed, or altered will result in the item being returned to you.

NOTE: If you do not accept the return shipment, you will be charged a restocking fee consisting of 20% of the value of the item, plus shipping charges; your credit card will be refunded the purchase price less the restocking fee.

How do I exchange an item?

To exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at orders@maisondemoi.com to obtain a Return Authorization Form.
    Please include the following information in your e-mail: Order number, Item to be returned, Reason for return.
    A Return Authorization Form, including an RA number, will be e-mailed to you.
  2. Enclose the Return Authorization Form with all items for return in a secure box sealed with tape.
    NOTE: Packages without a Return Authorization Form enclosed will be returned to the sender.
  3. Please use a reliable, traceable shipping method and provide sufficient postage to ensure a safe and documented delivery.
    NOTE: Maison de Moi will not accept COD packages and is not responsible for lost packages.
  4. Please send your package to:

Once your item is received and the cause for exchange is deemed legitimate, we will promptly issue you a store credit in the amount of the original purchase, less shipping costs. Store credits are valid for one year after the date of issue.

NOTE: Merchandise not in its original condition (i.e. without tags attached or deemed to have been worn, washed, or altered) will result in the item being returned to you. How do I redeem my store credit?

To redeem your store credit, please follow these steps:

  1. Select the items you would like for exchange on our web site.
  2. Upon checkout, enter your credit memo number in the appropriate field.

Once your order has been submitted and it has been confirmed that your requested items are in stock, the invoice total (less the amount of your store credit) will be e-mailed to you.

If the store credit exceeds the amount of the new purchase, the balance may be applied to subsequent purchases. You will not be issued a new credit, however, and the balance must be used within one year of the original issue date.

Prices are subject to change. Maison de Moi does not offer price adjustments, including sale items.

Shipping and Handling

How much does shipping cost?

CANADA: Shipping and handling fees are included for shipments within Canada, excluding sale items. For sale items, a flat rate of $15.00 will be charged for shipping and handling. For orders with both regular priced and sale items, the shipping and handling fee still applies.
US: Shipping and handling fees are based on the merchandise total before tax. Please see the table below for detailed pricing:

Depending on your location in Canada or the US, shipping times may vary from 7 to 14 business days.

If there is an error in your address, delivery may be delayed and there is a possibility that your package may be returned to us. To prevent this from happening, please ensure that you enter the correct address information. Maison de Moi is not responsible for any delivery delays.

Yes, Maison de Moi offers express shipping. Once you receive your order confirmation via e-mail, simply notify us that you would like your order shipped express. You’ll receive a revised shipping cost based on your merchandise total and location.
